Alongside our fresh mushrooms, Cedar Roots is developing a focused cultivation side built around a small number of the core strains we use every day in our own production system. Rather than offering a broad generic catalog, we are building a more deliberate collection of cultures and supplies shaped by direct growing experience. These are the same cultures that we rely on in-house.
